1. About STOXBELL Academy

STOXBELL Academy is the financial education and stock market training division of STOXBELL Wealth Pvt Ltd, incorporated under the laws of India. Our primary training facility is located at Stock Market Building, Prasanthi Nagar 3, Manimala Road, Edappally, Cochin, Kerala, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all visitors, users, and enrolled students who access our website at academy.stoxbell.com or engage our training services. By submitting an inquiry form, booking a slot, or enrolling in our batches, you acknowledge that you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Courses & Training Services

STOXBELL Academy offers the following training modules (collectively, "Courses"):

Specific class timings, access logins, session links, and training modules are subject to change based on scheduling and curriculum updates.

4. Registration & Admission

Submitting an enquiry form on our website does not guarantee course registration. All admissions are confirmed only upon receipt of the course fees, validation of eligibility, and formal registration confirmation from our administration.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any online learning portals or logins assigned to you.

5. Course Fees & Refunds

Course fees are separately quoted during registration. Unless otherwise specified under a separate written agreement:

• All course fees are exclusive of GST (where applicable).
• Fees are non-refundable once classes commence. Any requests for deferrals to future batches must be submitted at least 3 business days before class starts.
• Stoxbell Academy reserves the right to suspend access to online dashboards or class links for non-payment of agreed installments.

6. Student Code of Conduct

Students enrolled in our courses are expected to:

• Maintain respectful conduct in all offline classrooms and online chat/webinar lobbies.
• Use the alumni community platform strictly for financial market discussions. Spam, self-promotion, or share advice/tips trading are strictly prohibited.
• Respect the intellectual property of STOXBELL Academy by not sharing, recording, or distributing course materials, slides, webinars, or logins.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our training materials — including text, designs, charting templates, presentation slides, videos, logos, and code — is the exclusive property of STOXBELL Wealth Pvt Ltd (STOXBELL Academy). You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and study these materials during your course. Any redistribution or commercial use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are an educational institution. The decision to execute trades or investments in financial markets is solely the responsibility of the student. STOXBELL Academy, its mentors, and parent company shall not be held liable for any trading losses, financial drawdowns, or damages resulting from actions taken by students. 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our training services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
